Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cash flow (daily, weekly & monthly update).
  • Prepare payments for sub con, suppliers & others for Group of companies.
  • Prepare monthly banks and creditors reconciliation.
  • Key in invoices, sub-con & others for Axim accounting program.
  • Updating of accounting reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience with accounting background
  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision and computer literate.
